Frozen Yoghurt Bars

2 handfuls of almonds

1 cup of oats

6 Medjool dates, seeds removed

1 tbsp mixed spices
-
6 tbsp yoghurt of your choice

2 tsp honey or alternative of your choice

3 tbsp frozen cherries and blueberries.

Place almonds, oats and dates into a blender and mix until it resembles crumbs. Add 1 tbsp of mix spices into this mixes and place into a cake tin until evenly mixed out

Mix the yogurt with honey and place this over the crumb mixture

Place 3 tbsp of frozen cherries and blueberries over the yoghurt and freeze for 1-2 hours. (For me 1 hour was enough).
