Frozen Yoghurt Bars

  • 2 handfuls of almonds

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 6 Medjool dates, seeds removed

  • 1 tbsp mixed spices

  • 6 tbsp yoghurt of your choice

  • 2 tsp honey or alternative of your choice

  • 3 tbsp frozen cherries and blueberries.

  1. Place almonds, oats and dates into a blender and mix until it resembles crumbs. Add 1 tbsp of mix spices into this mixes and place into a cake tin until evenly mixed out

  2. Mix the yogurt with honey and place this over the crumb mixture

  3. Place 3 tbsp of frozen cherries and blueberries over the yoghurt and freeze for 1-2 hours. (For me 1 hour was enough).
