Ingredients
Method

Mix all the dry ingredients together: oat bran, brown sugar, cream of tartar, butter, almond extract, vanilla powder and banana

Add the oat milk to the batter and add the dough to a grease doughnut tray

Bake for at least 10minutes or until fully cooked and remember these are quite chewy

Melt the chocolate using 2-4 tbsp of boiling water and dip each doughnut into the melted chocolate

Serve with a sprinkle of ground almonds.
Chewy Chocolate Doughnuts

150ml buttermilk or vegan alternative (oatmilk with vinegar)

150g oat bran

70g brown sugar

2 tbsp cream of tartar

2 tbsp almond extract

1 sachet of vanilla powder
-
3 tbsp butter melter or coconut
-
1 ripe banana

For the topping
-
2-4 tbsp of water
-
4-6 cubes of dark chocolate
-
handful of ground almonds
