Banana Baked Oats

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/3 of a glass of milk

  • 1 tsp mixed spices powder

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tbsp of honey or vegan alternative

  • 2-3 cubes of dark chocolate

  1. Preheat over to 180 degrees. In a medium bowl mash the banana with the oats, add enough milk to cover the oats, mixed spices, cinnamon and a bit more milk if needed just to cover the ingredients. Whisk together and a squeeze of honey or vegan alternative

  2. Coat the inside of a baking dish with some coconut oil or olive oil. Pour the mixture into the baking dish whilst adding a 1-2 squares of dark chocolate inside the baking dish. Add 4 tsp of almond butter on top of the baking dish and a few slices of banana.

  3. Cook the baked oats for around 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
